We are particular about providing full visibilities of our delivery. We provide an easy way to track their shipment. The shipment can be tracked through our advanced tracking system. There is no need for any software installation to track our shipment.
The tracking details will be sent to you instantly after the dispatch. However, your tracking may not be activated until the product reaches the destination country. You will get the message ‘Tracking details not available’ or ‘tracking details not found’ until the package reaches your country.
Please make sure you allow at least 5 to 7 business days after getting your tracking details because international shipping takes at least 5 to 7 business days. Once the product reaches the destination country, the tracking turns live. When it turns ‘live’, we will send more details to your email.
You have two options for tracking. You can either track the shipment status with order ID or you’re your tracking number.
You get your order ID with the confirmation email. You just have to enter your order ID and click ‘track’ to get the shipment status.
